The films are equally diverse in style and content, with documentaries, music videos, slam poems, animations, experimental work and everything else in between. What all the films have in common is that they spark debate and action in eight minutes or less.

      The Apollos

      Filmmakers: Nick Parker, Jazmin Jones
The Apollos is about the struggle of a high school senior class to pass a bill making Martin Luther King's birthday a nationally recognized holiday. The idea behind The Apollos came from us wanting to increase youth involvement in social issues, so we decided to use a powerful example.
