Reel Works
Whats up. My name is Will I'm from Sunset Park, Brooklyn. I'm 19 years old. I started making "At Risk" when i was 17 years old. My movie is about my struggle with staying in class and my friends drug and gang habbits. Making this film was one of the best experiences of my life. This movie is especially for all the teachers who thought i would never amount to anything. Who's Movie is on AOL?????
Reel Works Teen Film Making is a phenomenal program. I came to Reel Works with nothing and i left... wait I still havn't left. Reel Works has been my second home for the past 2 years. They taught me how to make a documentary, how to put my ideas on the screen, how to edit my movie on Final Cut Pro, but much more importantly they showed me that i didnt have to be "At Risk" forever. I highly recommend this program to any teenager in the NYC area whos intrested in film or just has a story to tell. I also encourage all professional filmmakers to visit our website Reelworks.org to become a mentor so they can help a young filmmaker on their first film.
