Wow! I wish we kept better tabs on these old actors .They sort've just disappear into the mist and we don't know if they are still alive until we hear about their passing away. With all the other hollywood worthless stuff out there that we hear daily - I feel alot of people would like to know more about what has been going on with these quality actors of yester year. Here was a very good actor that gave 150% in his performances in whatever role he portrayed and I would have liked to have known that he was still living and what happened to him all these years - before he had passed away. May he rest in peace and my condolences to his family.

I just watch Cowboys-When The Legends Die the other night about Richard Widmark training a Native American Indian Boy to be a Rodeo World Champeon riding bucking horse's. What a great movie. He died of alcoholism in that movie, and my heart broke, and now he really passed on and my heart is truly broken. What a treasure of a man God gave us! His talent of a life. Thank you, as he was a Blessing to the World! You Are Truly going to missed! Enjoy your new home in Heaven Richard! You've earned it! We Love You!

svorspes, Judgment at Nuremburg IS mentioned in the artice as one of Widmark's film credits. It is in the paragraph that starts with the words "After leaving Fox..."

Richard Widmark was among the last of Hollywood's legendary actors.I will miss him very much.

Richard Widmark was among my favorites.Actors like him can't be topped by today's talents. They could learn the true art of a fine actor from him.I'll miss him very much.

Always on my list of great actors---was a great gentleman as well. 93--wow, nicely done.

He was a fine actor but the MAN UPSTAIRS hardly cheated him. 93 wasn't bad. My sincere condolenses.

I was thinking about RIchard the other day while watching him in an old black and white Western Movie. I always did like him. I grew up watching him as I am 58 years old. They just don't make the Westerns like they use to, nor, do they have the actors of yesteryear. He truly was a gifted actor and will be sorely missed, but, his acting will live on everytime we watch him in the good ol movies. Thank you, Mr. Widmark...May you rest in peace. Christine in Florida

May he rest in peace. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I was born in 1952, and I watched all the westerns as a little boy. Widmark was one of my favorites.

I am sorry that among his film credits, you have overlooked his role as the prosecuter in "Judgment at Nuremburg." This was a stunning dramatic performance which had a very timely message----war crimes!

We shall miss you Mr Widmark

I loved Richard Widmark. To me he was so handsome. Had the kind of looks I fell for. I did see the Lucy show and of course was very funny. I hope he didn't suffer in his later years
