In 1999, Dick was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana after driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood. He pleaded guilty but the charges were dismissed after he went into a diversion program------------------too bad he wasn't killed then a bunch of us could get together and urinate on his grave !!

But Andy Dick seems to really serve no purpose in the comedy community - I don't find him funny at all - and if he has somekind of problem with touching people , let him touch me and that will be the last time he touches someone for sometime after , I will slap the taste outta his mouth . Even before Hartmans death I never really liked him - I don't see how he keeps getting work - probably because he's gay and there apparently is this gay thing that runs rampant in Hollywood - I'm sure there's some struggling comedian out there thats looking for work , that could easily do any job that would require Dick .

I'd say Kimmel handled that well , although I did not see the show at the time it was aired and as for Jon Lovitch beating him up a little last year , I'm surprised someone hasn't killed the guy - I can't 100% blame him for the death of Phil Hartman , I was a Hartman , Lovitch fan of saturday Night live and miss him (actually I've almost forgot about the guy until this came up ) Giving a recovering addict coke does not show malice - it's up to that individual whom has the issue - I've had friends who were addicts and were able to wheen themselves off and stay off simply for the fact thats what they wanted - I think there was a lot more involved in the Hartmans case - but NO, you shouldn't offer coke to a recovering addict , just out of respect for all those whom are around that person , who love and care for that person !!

he really is a creep. i always thought there was something very very wierd about him, and not in a good way. in my opinion he's not a funny guy at ALL. has never been. looks like he's had a hard time of it for quite some time now. obviously he's got some substance abuse problems, but above that i've always seen a painfully obvious mental illness. with that, i think he's just a lonely, perverted, D-list "actor/comedian" who's fallen off the earth as far as Hollywood is concerned. oh well. who even liked him to begin with??
