I knew Harvey MIlk---Sean Penn's performance reincarnate's Harvey. I am so proud of this performance. Having been there, this movie captures the time in a near perfect way. It's a film about "hope" and what people can do by standing up for what tjhey believe in.

movie looks pretty great. im sure some of the supporting cast (brolin, maybe franco) will get an oscar nom but ledger will win of course and rightfully so.

well ledger's joker would be for best supporting. sean penn's would be for best leading. so one has nothing to do with the other.
