Synopsis
Based on the young-adult novel of the same title by Meg Cabot, this is the story of Mia, a 16-year-old New Yorker who discovers that she is the sole heir of the crown of the small European nation of Genovia. Her mother had a brief, secret love affair with a member of the country's royal family, and now Mia is expected to take lessons from her newfound grandmother on how to be a princess.
