I liked the movie

"It doesn't have nudity and language I don't remember. Someone gets beat up though. I like it. Well I like dancing and it is different from the first step up."

Very entertaining!

"Worth the money. It's not a "wait in line movie", but compared with all of the turkey's being made lately, this one is good."

Final Dance Sequence worth the price of admission

"Pride and the Prejudice meets Flashdance, it's entertaining and well paced. The actors are competent and appealing and the final dance sequence in the streets competition is worth the price of admission by itself."

Disney's lack of Support for a hit.?

"I am a 59 year old man. I went to this movie because my daughter dragged my wife and myself to the theater because she loved Step Up. I was amazed how wonderful this movie was. The dancing was spectacular. One of the best dance movies ever made. The Acting was good. This was Brianna Evigan's first acting gig. This kid is going to be a giant star. She is a natural as both a dancer and as an actress. I checked out the Box office stats and found that this movie was in 1000 less theaters than both Jumper and Spiderwick yet it just about beat both of them in per screen averages. Disney has not advertised this film since it came out. If they had promoted this film the box office would be through the roof. What gives? Great Movie!!!!!!!"

Madam FloodPuppy on Street 2

"Don't fool around with the plot -- it is almost irrelevant. You will be there to see what the fast-twitch rubber-jumping supreme-acrobatic people are doing with or to the human body. Others will no doubt track their moves, replicate and join in the phenomena of street dancing -- or street rhythmic acrobatics, underpinned by dance, poetry in motion, and zeal. Enjoy the dancing; because that is what you get."

Andie lived in my house

"I mainly went to see the movie because the house in which Andie lived is the house where I grew up and lived for 22 years.. It was awesome to see my childhood home and scenes from the neighborhood on the big screen! The movie wasn't bad, and even though I'm not into street dancing, I have to say the dancers have talent."
