Synopsis
Barry Skolnick's remake of Robert Aldrich's 'The Longest Yard' stars Vinnie Jones as Danny Meehan, a one-time British football captain whose career unraveled when he threw a match to clear his debts. Sent to prison when he drunkenly assaults a police officer, he has a chance to regain heroic status by helming the prison's football squad. Featuring '60s glamour boy/'Blow-Up' star David Hemmings, who is now much older and heavier.
