Harris going for 'Gone'
04/19/06Ed Harris has joined the cast of Ben Affleck's directorial effort "Gone, Baby, Gone" for Miramax Films.
Affleck adapted the Dennis Lehane novel, and lensing begins in Boston in May. Harris will play a cop in the pic, which centers on two private investigators hunting for an abducted 4-year-old in Boston's underworld. Casey Affleck and Michelle Monaghan also star.

03/21/05Touchstone and Ben Affleck are "Gone, Baby, Gone." Affleck, who wrote the screenplay, will make his directorial debut on the film, but will not act in it. "Gone, Baby, Gone" is the story of a pair of private detectives in a working-class Boston neighborhood who are hired to search for a kidnapped 4-year-old girl.
