Actually, it's a reference to the burning of Troy. Cassandra, who is a princess of Troy, has a prophetic dream that one of her family members would be responsible for Troy's ruin, but no one believes her. Her brother Paris then causes the Trojan War, and her prophecy comes true. I think we can infer that Woody Allen's title refers to how dangerous family can sometimes be.
