America's Sweethearts Synopsis

Recently separated, a married movie-star couple (John Cusack and Catherine Zeta-Jones) are forced to promote the movie they made together while they were still in love. The film's publicist (Billy Crystal) tries to cover up their mutual animosity by concocting a story of the couple's reunion. In reality, the actor has fallen in love with his wife's formerly overweight assistant (Julia Roberts), and the actress has found a new beau named Hector (Hank Azaria). Christopher Walken plays the director of their movie.
