This movie is very good. The cast is awesome - I didn't realize it was Peter Fonda till 30 minutes into it, he was in such good character. Foster as Prnce almost steals the show - you cant' take your eyes off him. Crowe is great in an evil role - not used to it after Gladiator and stuff, though. Bale is great as the humble, understated rancher, but my only criticism is they don't build his motivation and momentum to take Bale to justice very well. Otherwise, fantastic. Vanessa Shaw is hot.
This movie is fantastic! Hollywood remembered how to make a good movie, finally. The action is non-stop, the desperation, evil, and innocence are palpable, the script is tight and the plot is well executed. See it on the big screen with dolby to get the full effect. I just hope it is out in time for the holidays as I want to gift it to family.
